The technician ( Matt truck50) was very professional, quick and thorough. I’ve had quite a lot of experience with roadside repair lately and this experience was bar none. Thanks Columbia and thanks Matt for getting me rolling again! Raymond Sabatelli, 07/26/2024 |

This review is long overdue, on June 30, 2024, I rented a Penske truck from Milford, DE, to travel to District Heights, MD. Little did I know the truck was faulty. We left DE around 7am, without going into every detail about 25 minutes from my destination the truck started shaking, I stopped thinking something was wrong with one of the tires, after checking I found nothing wrong with the tires. Get back into the truck proceed to travel about 10 minutes later there is this loud pop and the truck begins shaking ferociously. This was such a frightening experience because had their been more traffic on the highway (US 50), God only knows what could have happened. Finally, gaining enough control to pull off to the shoulder and not even in a safe place to see what was happening, when I noticed the tire had blown. I called Penske and told them what happened, they said they would send someone out. Long story short after about 2 hours someone came and said the truck had to be towed because 5 of the 8 lug nuts were missing, after another couple of hours and a half the tow truck driver came however without another unit. So the story ends with an angel by the name of Roger who made sure we were safe and got to safety. There should be more caring people like him in the business of working with the public. Thank you Roger you were a blessing and we appreciate all you did. Sincerely, Shirley Frisby Shirley Frisby, 07/11/2024 |
